With nearly 30 years of diverse HR experience, Mr. Bauer began his career in executive search. He later co-founded the Technology Solutions Group, a boutique human capital management consulting firm specializing in HR systems design, compensation consulting and executive search. His career includes HR leadership roles at QinetiQ, Amwell, HighRes BioSolutions and Veracode. Mr. Bauer holds a bachelor's degree in engineering and management from Clarkson University.
